From the starter to the dessert, you're going to enjoy a real festival of flavours concocted with passion. Our chef, whose talent and joviality know no bounds, makes the very best of all the local produce. Every day, he is at the market buying the finest seafood and fish caught by local fishermen.
Giving priority to local produce and waiting for the right season to enjoy them: these are our chef's watchwords! Some of our specialities to look out for: salt from the Ré salt marshes, Surgères butter, asparaguses, potatoes, salads, island strawberries...
