A very important place within the Centre, ideal for peace and quiet, with a view over the Ocean. It is dedicated to aquamusical relaxation, a technique which will recharge your batteries profoundly. With music and water in fabulous symbiosis…
Sports activities
From April to September, depending on the weather, our friendly sports instructors will offer hikes (€10*)
and bicycle rides (€15*) so you can discover the local area ...
Note that it is here that the watsu and maqam sessions are carried out... What is watsu ? A famous technique based on stretching which releases tension and guides you towards a new sensory dimension… And maqam ? A technique of muscle stretching and joint mobilisation leading to comprehensive and deep relaxation.
